Only unopened / salable cartons will qualify for return. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all returns shall be shipped  to Remedies warehouse. Credit will be granted as follows:

• Defective merchandise – at time of receipt, 100% credit or replacement
• Remedies shipping error – 100% credit
• Salable merchandise, unopened cartons returned within 30 days with written authorization – 100% credit 
• Merchandise unsuitable for resale because of age, condition, obsolescence or expiration date – No credit
• all items must be registered to be eligible for return
